BrainWorking Recursive Technique or BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT) is one of the newest of psychological techniques. It is a short-term therapy designed to quickly and permanently change the way your brain reacts to certain stressors. BWRT can stop the probelm before it even starts.

What is a BWRT session like?
BWRT session can be done in person and online. Online works just as well as face to face. You just need a quiet space with no interuption. Unlike hypnosis, you don't have to lie down or sit in a recliner.
Do I have to talk about my issue?
No. BWRT is not content based. It's more of a brain training process. So you can choose how much or how little you want to share with your therapist.
BWRT is safe. Hypnosis puts you into a deeply relaxed state so your subconscious becomes accessible. BWRT does not to hypnotize or aim to relax you. You are fully conscious and aware during sessions.
Is BWRT safe? How is it different from Hypnosis?
Beside private sessions, BWRT is used in the South African Police Force to help officers to recover from PTSD, as well as correction facilities, hospitals, and schools..
What's so special about BWRT?
BWRT is ultra-modern, based in neuroscience. It works in a entirely different manner from all older therapies such as hypnosis, CBT, tapping, NLP, or anything else, most of which are based on a model of the mind that goes all the way back to the late 1800s.
How is BWRT used besides private sessions?
A typical BWRT session lasts less than an hour. Some issues can be dissolved in only one session. More complicated issues can take a bit longer but it's almost always shorter than you expect.
How long is a BWRT session and how many sessions do I need?
My BWRT session with Rina was amazing! She explained everything really well, and took me through the process without going too fast or slow. I was amazed at the result! In just one session I was able to have a huge reduction in emotion when I was doing a certain activity. The breathing technique she coached me on really worked if I began to feel stressed. Since BWRT does not need to talk about the details of the event, the burden on the recipient is less, and the effects can be felt in a short period of time. In my case, when something bad had happened, I couldn't help myself thinking it was my fault, even if it wasn't my fault. That really had bothered me.
